In 2020, a hundred Forest Field Trip Tool Kits were made available to schools across Alberta.
You weren’t able to snag one? No worries! Here’s all the information you need to build your own!

Explore wildlife, forestry, plant identification, soil science and environmental stewardship through the activities and worksheets! You’ll find a list of all the tools within the teachers guide to lead your students through a discovery of your community forest.

Where possible, instructions for adapting the activities without the toolkit have been provided allowing your students to stay engaged during the activities.
